These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment.This requirement was not met as evidenced by:Based on observation, interviews, the facility is using a room tht is primarily used for storage as a space for an infant to nap in a playpen. There are multiple shoes on racks in the same room creating a potential hazard. If not properly secured, these shoes could fall and potentially cause an injury to a child. This is a type B citation which has a potential health and safety risk to the children in care
