Some sources confirmed the allegation and other sources reported they have no concerns. S5 denied the allegation and expressed the children Personal Rights are not violated. LPA completed unannounced inspections on 11/20/2025, 1/08/2026, and today, 1/13/2026. LPA observed no concerns during the inspections. The third allegation is alleging S5 does not prevent children from hitting other children in care. Confidential interviews revealed inconsistencies regarding children being hit by child 2 C2. LPA completed unannounced inspections on 10/27/25, 11/20/2025, 12/3/2025, 01/08/2026, and today, 1/13/2026. LPA observed no concerns during the inspection. LPA observed staff redirecting children and providing children with options. Based on interviews, record review and LPA\342\200\231s observation, there is not enough evidence regarding the allegations alleging staff (S5) does not ensure children are spoken to in an appropriate manner, (S5) has inappropriate conversations with other adults in front of children and (S5) does not prevent children from hitting other children in care. Therefore, the three allegations are deemed unsubstantiated at this time.
