What the inspector wrote

On 12/22/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Crystal Ali met with Licensee Stevani Savedra to conduct an unannounced case management inspection. The purpose of the case management is to complete a age change in the classrooms. Licensee submitted application requesting for the two toddler classrooms to transition into two preschool classrooms and for the preschool classroom to be transitioned into a toddler classroom. Application was received on 12/2/25. Upon arrival, LPA observed 11 preschool children, 7 toddlers, 5 teachers, and Licensee providing care and supervision. During this inspection LPA conducted interview with Licensee and toured the facility. After consulting with Licensee, it was determined that Licensee will submit a new application to request a change in capacity and classroom age ranges. Licensee would like to request an increase to 27 preschool children and 14 toddlers. LPA observed the facility to meet all requirements of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety codes. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Stevani Savdera.
