What the inspector wrote

Per Title 22, Division 12, of the California Code of Regulations, the following deficiency is being cited: (see next page). A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were sent via email and discussed with Owner Laurae Raths. A Notice of Site Visit was sent via email and will be posted for 30 days.
