What the inspector wrote

On 10/08/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Juvenal Moctezuma conducted an announced case management inspection and met with Site Supervisor, Patricia Gonzalez, & Maintenance & Operations Director, Chad Cunha. LPA explained the reason of the inspection and a tour of the center was conducted both inside and outside. LPA observed that all corrections that were requested during the prelicensing in September 22, 2021 have been fixed or taken care of. Licensee has finished the fencing outside to separate the Transitional Kindergarten Classroom and preschool classroom. Patricia stated that the center plans on getting a brand new play structure and bike path. LPA reminded Patricia to make sure she notifies her LPA before installation. Patricia understood. Pending a final file review, a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for a capacity of 24 preschool children. No deficiencies cited during today's visit.
