What the inspector wrote

On 11/17/2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Adrian Pizano and Kari McWilliams conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above-mentioned allegation. LPAs met with Licensee, Venus Govea who accompanied LPAs during tour of facility both inside and outside and took a census. This complaint was investigated by the Department of Social Services, Investigations Branch, Investigator Mariana Lomeli. The investigation revealed that although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence at this time to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited during today's visit. An exit interview conducted with Licensee, Venus Govea. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Venus Govea. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
