LPA observed chairs, tables, and plants lined up against the pool fence that could be used to enable a child to climb over. Licensee's pool hook measured to 10ft long and was not fixed. Licensee's pool alarm did not sound when tested, and Licensee has not been keeping a daily log of inspections for the pool safety feautres which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
