On 11/09/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Her arrived unannounced at the home to close a complaint investigation regarding the above allegations. LPA toured of facility both inside and outside and a census was taken. The investigation consisted of interviews with the licensee, witnesses, and complainant. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging Licensee did not properly supervise daycare child and Licensee did not transport daycare child in a motor vehicle in a safe manner. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Ynez Chavez-Andrade.
