PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee completed CPR Training through EMS Safety that expires 08/21/2025. The training certificate does not have proof of Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification from the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA). The Licensee was also unable to show proof of current Mandated Reporter Training during the visit which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
