LPA tour the inside and outside of the facility and a census was taken. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection. On 07/25/2025, Community Care Licensing received a phone call from Licensee reporting an incident on 07/24/2025, around 5:30 p.m. Licensee stated she was getting a child ready to go home when she asked to see Child’s 1 tablet to review any pictures taken during the day. Licensee explained that she allowed tablets and would monitor the tablet activity during the summer vacation. Licensee observed a picture of Child’s 2, bottom (buttocks) on Child’s 1 tablet. Licensee deleted the pictures from the child’s tablet. Licensee questioned the children and reported they took the pictures when Licensee was changing the infant’s diapers. Licensee immediately notified parents of children involved. During today’s visit, LPA interviewed the Licensee regarding the incident. Licensee explained she took the infants to get changed in the bathroom and left the door open. Child 1 and Child 2 were in the daycare room. One child had the tablet, and the other child was watching television in the living room. Licensee reported it took her about less than five minutes to change the infant’s diapers.
