What the inspector wrote

On this date 02/11/2026, an unannounced Case Management - Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lady Cabrera. LPA met with Licensee Maria Ledesma Garcia to review the POC associated to deficiency cited on 01/30/2026. LPA toured the facility and a census was taken. Today, LPA verified the following: · LPA verified that Licensee completed Mandated Reporter Training on 02/08/2026. LPA verified that Staff 2 , Staff 3 and Staff 4 have current documentation of completed mandated reporter training. · LPA inspected the day care room and half of the backyard, LPA determined there were no hazards present. LPA reviewed current facility sketch and confirmed that the kitchen, children’s bathroom, dining room, converted day care room and living room, and half of the backyard are used for providing care and are accessible to children. All other rooms are off-limits and made inaccessible by doorknob spinners and baby gate. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no new deficiencies are being cited.Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Maria Ledesma Garcia. Licensee was provided appeal rights. LPA cleared deficiency on this date and provided licensee with a "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared." This letter must be filed in the facility for three years and upon request made accessible to the public for review. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
