On June 5, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Paul Garcia conducted an unannounced Case Management \342\200\223 Other inspection and met with Licensee Latasha Sams. Also present was Licensee\342\200\231s assistant. The purpose for the visit pertained to an Exemption Denial of adult #1 (A1) per the California Department of Social Services, Care Provider Management Branch (CPMB). LPA went over the Exemption Denial paperwork with Latasha and answered questions. LPA ensured that Licensee understood the exemption denial for A1. Per Latasha, A1 had never been present on the property due to never being officially hired. LPA also inspected the facility inside and outside and confirmed that A1 was not present. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Latasha Sams. Appeal rights were provided. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
