What the inspector wrote

On 09/17/25, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Scott Herring and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with Director Amanda Goble. A tour of the facility was given, and a census was taken. The purpose of the inspection was to review the current outdoor space waiver that was approved January 24, 2023. Effective immediately on this date of September 17, 2025, the waiver has been rescinded due to specified errors reflected in the waiver in how it was drafted and approved. It is determined that a future office meeting will be conducted at the Fresno Regional office to review the licensed plan of operation and to formally review conditions of inclusion and shared activity space between the licensed and non-licensed entities on the actual location. During today\342\200\231s inspection, the discussion of ensuring that all staff working in the classrooms and on the playground at the licensed facility shall be background cleared through Community Care Licensing and associated to the master facility administrative file at Rosa Parks Learning Center, Facility Number #163801591. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies are being issued today. Report was read and exit interview was conducted with Acting Director Martha Tyler. Notice of Site (LIC9213) was provided and must be posted for thirty days.
