What the inspector wrote

An office meeting is conducted in the Fresno Regional office today to address the plan of operation of the facility in collaboration of coordinating care to children with other various license exempt and inclusion-based programs at the site address location. Present during the meeting are Regional Manager, Alice Juarez, Licensing program Managers Scott Herring, Luisa Gavoutian, and Cynthia Brannon, Licensing Program Analyst Denisia Jimenez, HS/CD Director of KCAO Michelle Dove, KCOE General Ed Admin Rebecca Villa, KCOE General Ed Manager Marlene Tapia, Admin for KCOE Special Education Courtney Coelho, KCAO Site Supervisor Amanda Goble, and KCAO Program Admin Evelyn Solorio. The following items are/were discussed during today's meeting: 1. Fingerprinting and association of KCOE staff to KCAO 2. Dual-enrollment of children that participates in both licensed and license-exempt instruction in Classroom #5. 3. Commingling of day care children and children that are enrolled in license-exempt programs in the classrooms and on the playground. 4. Pending application for license by KCOE and plan for operating with the license and the license-exempt programs on-site. 6.Number of children on-site that will be be participating and/or attending as a part of inclusion. Status of care and supervision to the children and whom will be providing elements of care and supervision in Classroom #5. 5. Review of outdoor activity space waiver that was recently rescinded. 6. Review of expired MOU and its impact on the current plan of operation agreement between KCOA and KCOE.
