What the inspector wrote

On 02/18/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Christopher Burnias met with Director, Amanda Goble for an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was to address an unusual incident that was reported to the Fresno Community Care Licensing (CCL) office regarding an outbreak of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease. LPA interviewed Director who confirmed that there were positive cases of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease reported to the Department on 12/01/25. LPA informed Director that multiple calls have been made to the facility to inquire if the cases have cleared up and if proper cleaning measures have been implemented to prevent spreading of communicable diseases and that the calls and messages were not returned. Director stated that all cases of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease have been cleared, and that the facility is cleaned regularly and deep cleaned and disinfected whenever there is any outbreak of disease. Director understands that continual communication with the Department must be maintained and Director ensures that a representative from their facility will respond to future correspondence. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited during today's visit. An exit interview was conducted with Director Amanda Goble and appeal rights were provided. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and is required to be posted for 30 days.
