On this date 06/03/2026, an unannounced Case Management - Other Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Manager Cynthia Brannon and Licensing Program Analyst Lady Cabrera. LPM and LPA met with Director Patricia Gonzalez to review the Director/Site Supervisor packet for the facility license. LPA provided the director’s packet list and a letter of verification of experience to Director Patricia Gonzalez. Director was instructed to submit the updated director’s packet prior to the resuming in August 2026 school year. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Patricia Gonzalez. Appeal rights were provided.
