On September 5, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Paul Garcia conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA Garcia met with licensee Ana Gutierrez. Upon arrival, a census was taken, and LPA toured the facility inside and outside. The purpose of the inspection was to provide guidance pertaining to approved childcare equipment and the regulation pertaining to baby walkers. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the facility representative Anna Gutierez. A notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
