What the inspector wrote

On 04/01/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Octavia Nolan conducted an unannounced Case Management- POC inspection and met with Licensee Elva Fisher. LPA took a tour of the facility and a census. During the inspection, LPA reviewed children’s records and observed Licensee is keeping record of 15-minute sleep checks for all infants in care. LPA also observed Licensee actively checking on infants during naptime. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited today. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Elva Fisher. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit was provided to licensee and will be posted for 30 days.
