Pre-licensing visit·November 12, 2025

A second announced pre-licensing inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Jose Ruiz. Met with Applicant, Danyuell. Applicant, and eight minor children reside in the home. Background clearances are discussed and LIS 531 is signed indicating that the adults currently living in the home and/or providing care and supervision to children have a criminal record clearance The purpose of today's inspection is to inspect the following corrections were made. LPA observed the following. \302\267 Applicant obtain a fence and fence gate that meets AB2866-The Pool Safety Act requirements. \302\267 Applicant obtain a fixed 12 feet rescue pole with a body hook. \302\267 Applicant obtain a 19 inche diameter life ring, and is approved by the US Coast Guard . \302\267 Applicant removed all keep out of reach of children items in the hallway bathroom. Licensure as a large Family Day Care Home capacity of 12 children will be recommended effective 11/12/2025. * Planned hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.*
