What the inspector wrote

On 07/15/2025, Licensing Program Analyst, Sebastian Phouthavong made an unannounced Case Management visit to the facility to verify operation and to review the facility\342\200\231s updated pool alarm system. LPA met with Licensee, Louise Garrison and spoke with her regarding the purpose of today\342\200\231s visit. Prior to visit, Licensee notified LPA on the updated pool alarm system. During the visit, LPA toured the facility inside and out. The licensee and two assistants were supervising 12 children and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. LPA observed the updated pool alarm system to be in operation and did sound off when detecting an entrance into the water during today\342\200\231s visit. LPA also reviewed the alarm system to have met ASTM International Standard F2208. Additionally, Licensee was reminded to ensure the alarm system must be turned on and be in working condition during the FCCH\342\200\231s operating hours while the swimming pool is not in use. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Louise Garrison There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
