On 05/28/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Sebastian Phouthavong made an unannounced Case Management visit and met with Facility Representatives, Adriana Mendoza and explained the purpose for today's visit. The inspection is to review that the health, safety, and personal rights as required by Title 22 and Health and Safety Regulations governing California Child Care Centers will be met. The facility plans to change the Classroom 3 from a Toddler Classroom to an Infant/Toddler Classroom. The facility is not changing its max capacity. During the inspection, LPA toured the facility in & out including Classroom 3. LPA observed that Classroom 3 to has age appropriate toys and equipment and reviewed the facility plan to ensure both age component do not commingle at all times Additional review and updated fire clearance is needed before the change can be made. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Adriana Mendoza There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
