On February 2 2026, Licensing Program Analyst, Sebastian Phouthavong made an unannounced Case Management visit to the facility and met with Licensee, Teresa Fecht today to verify operation at the facility and review equipment & furniture added to the facility. During the inspection the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee and one assistant were supervised six children and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. LPA observed added aged appropriate toys, tables, chairs, equipment and furniture added in the 1st floor of the home; incudes the foyer, 2 childcare rooms, kitchen , one bathroom, and backyard. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Teresa Fecht. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
