What the inspector wrote

On 10/29/25 at 11:15am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sydney Sims made a case management inspection and met with Adelia Galaviz. The inspection was made in response to water lead testing results received from the California State Water Resource Control Board. The test results showed that the following faucets tested above the allowable level (5.5 ppb or greater) of lead in the water: Faucet \342\200\234A\342\200\235 \342\200\223 Sink Faucet \342\200\223 Adult Bathroom, 5.9 ppb LPA Sims reviewed documentation that this faucet is not used for drinking water or food preparation and was tested in error. No deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Adelia Galaviz.
