What the inspector wrote

On August 20, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced case management - other inspection for the above facility. LPA was greeted by Assistant Director, Geovanna Salazar Ezparza, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. The purpose of this inspection is to follow up on the facility's status on hiring a director as the previous director had resigned. LPA observed 29 preschool children along with 5 staff. The Assistant Director informed LPA that the facility has a candidate who will be taking the director role. The Assistant Director provided LPA with the new Director’s qualifications packet, which LPA reviewed. Upon review of the director’s qualification packet, the facility will need to provide and updated Child Care Center application, Board of Resolutions, Designation of Responsibility (LIC 308) and Personnel Record (LIC 501). Per assistant director, the requested document will be emailed to LPA P. Ochoa by 8/21/2025. Once LPA receives and reviews the requested documents, LPA will make the necessary changes indicating the new director for the facility. There are no deficiencies being cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days during facility’s hours of operation. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
