On 08/11/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Suzette Ornelas arrived to above address for the purpose of conducting an unannounced Annual Required Inspection for the preschool license. LPA met with Director, Mary Gandler, and toured the facility indoors and outdoors. Upon further review of files and interviews, LPA observed that the facility was no longer operating under First Presbyterian Church Preparatory School license 191201784. Per management, and LPA review of the current license on the display board, facility underwent change in corporation. This location is licensed as Granada Preparatory School 197494726 effective 03/25/2021 under the Palmdale Regional Office with zip code 91326. LPA will ensure facility First Presbyterian Church Preparatory School 191201784 is closed effective 03/24/2021. Changes unable to be made effective immediately due to being unable to access database in the field.
