Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 02/9/2022 at 2:39 p.m., Antonio Almanza, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), conducted an unannounced site visit for the purpose of delivering finding for complaint received on 12/29/2021. LPA met with Paige Martinez, Director, and explained the reason for the visit. During the course of the investigation, LPA Antonio Almanza conducted interviews regarding Allegation: (1) Facility staff allow sick children to be at school. Parents and staff are reporting that children are not allowed to stay in the facility if they are sick and have any Covid-19 symptoms. This Agency has investigated the complaint alleging that Facility staff allow sick children to be at school. We have found that the complaint was unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. A copy of this Report and Notice of Site Visit were explained and provided to the Director Paige Martinez.
