What the inspector wrote

Pertaining to allegation “Child was inappropriately touched by another child”. Per Reporting Party, Child #2 (C2) Laid on top of Child #1 (C1) and touched them in their anus during nap time. Per staff, nap time is 12:30-2:30pm and children are always supervised by 1or 2 staff. Staff stated they did not see any child on top of another child during nap time, nor did any child report to them that someone laid on top of them or inappropriately touched them. Per S1 and S4, the only time they seen a child on top of another child was if they were wrestling. All the children interviewed stated no child touched them on their body they did not like nor laid on top of them. During a visit on 3/3/25 @12:45pm, LPA observed six children sleeping on cots and two staff sitting in between on the floor visually supervising. All the children were in arm’s length of the staff and able to be seen. Based upon observations and evidence obtained during this investigation, the allegation of, “Child was inappropriately touched by another child” have been determined unsubstantiated. A finding that a complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Preschool Program Coordinator Yamilet Meza. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
