What the inspector wrote

Based on the LPA\342\200\231s observations, interviews, and record reviews, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. An exit interview was conducted with Elizabeth Orozco, Director

  • PERSONAL RIGHTS

    Personal Rights: The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: The infants are exposed to those infants who are ill during the day and are not immediately picked up or isolated which poses a potential Health or Safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

    Infant Care Isolation for Illness: The isolation area shall be equipped with a crib, cot, mat, or playpen for each ill infant. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: The school does not have an equipped isolation area for infants who become ill during the day to isolate themselves from other children which poses a potential Health or Safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

    Indoor Activity Space for Infants:The sleeping area for infants shall be physically separate from the indoor activity space. This separation shall be accomplished as specified in (b) above. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: the sleeping area for infants is not physically separate from the indoor activity space which poses a potential Health or Safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
