What the inspector wrote

On 10/22/2025,at 9:40am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Evelyn Garcia conducted a subsequent unannounced complaint inspection and met with facility director for the purpose to conduct aditional interviews and delivering findings of the above allegation. Upon arrival LPA observed 68 children present and 18 teachers providing care and supervision. The investigation consisted of interviews conducted with children, staff, relevant parties and document reviews. The interviews conducted revealed that the facility ensures the teacher to child ratio is in compliance to 1 teacher to 12 children.LPA reviewed the facility sign in and out for children and staff for a week period and observed the teacher to child ratio was met. The facility was visited on 7/30/25, 10/09/25, 10/22/25 and the teacher to child ratio was also in compliance. Based on the information obtained and LPA's observations, there are inconsistent statements the above allegation have been deemed unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
