Facility-requested visit·July 11, 2025

This report has been amended to reflect the correct capacity. On 07/11/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kruz Long and Monique Ayala conducted an announced case management licensee - initiated inspection. LPAs met with Sandra Trani, ECE Manager. The facility hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There are 0 children enrolled. The facility requested a capacity increase on 06/20/2025 for the Toddler Classrooms from 32 to 40 (an additional 8 children). The fire clearance was granted on 06/30/2025 to increase the total capacity from 188 children to 196 children (includes both Preschool and Toddler classrooms). Room #5 was requested for the capacity increase and will be utilized as an additional Toddler room. Room #5 was previously used as a Preschool room. LPAs measured Room #5, measurements indicated 27 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Toddler will be provided mats for napping. LPAs observed two changing tables. There is one toilet with two sinks available for children. There are no corrections needed at this time. Exit interview conducted and copy of this report provide to the Manager.
