Facility-requested visit·July 16, 2025

On 07/16/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an announced case management licensee - initiated inspection. LPA met with Sandra Trani, ECE Manager. The facility hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There are 0 children enrolled. The facility requested a capacity increase on 06/20/2025 for the Toddler Classrooms from 32 to 40 (an additional 8 children). The fire clearance was granted on 06/30/2025 to increase the total capacity from 188 children to 196 children (includes both Preschool and Toddler classrooms). LPA conducted a Case Management visit to deliver amended report date 07/11/25 and to measure and ensure Preschool Classrooms #1,3,4,6,7,8,9,10's spacing availability does not fall below the total capacity of 156 children. Measurements indicate: Room 1 - 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. 3 toilet with 3 sinks. Room 3 - 23 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. 3 toilet with 4 sinks. (Room #3 and Room #4 is adjacent with a divider between classrooms. Toilets and wash basins are shared. Dimensions are the same for both classrooms). Room 4 - 23 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Room 6 - 32 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. 2 toilet with 3 sinks. Room 7 - 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. 2 toilet with 3 sinks. Room 8 - 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. 2 toilet with 3 sinks. Room 9 - 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. 2 toilet with 3 sinks. Room 10 - 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. 2 toilet with 3 sinks. There are no corrections needed at this time. Exit interview conducted and copy of this report provide to the Manager.
