Routine inspection (multi-day)·October 29, 2025

On 10/29/25 at 09:10 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza arrived at The Williams Administration Office located at 2444 Del Mar, Rosemead, CA 91770 for an announced annual continuation inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to review staff files as they were not available for review at Duff Head Start facility during the Annual/Random inspection conducted on 09/09/25. LPA met with Sandra Trani ECE Program Manager who provided LPA with staff files for review. LPA also met with the Child Development Director Sandra Gonzalez who assisted LPA with staff file reviews. LPA reviewed staff 1 (S1 thru 2) and observed staff were missing LIC 501. According to the director, the LIC 501/Job application is at the Garvey School Human Resources Office. LPA provided LIC 311A to the director for review. LPA discussed with the director that staff files must be available for review at the child care center during an inspection. LPA also provided information regarding a possible waiver request for staff files to be available for review offsite at the Williams Administration Office. LPA issued the Review of Staff/Volunteers Records (LIC 859) to the director during this inspection which documents files that were reviewed during this inspection. At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit Interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to director Sandra Gonzalez.
