On 08/20/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an announced case management licensee - initiated inspection. LPA met with Sandra Trani, ECE Manager. The facility hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM . There are 0 children enrolled. The facility requested a capacity increase on 08/05/2025 for the Preschool Classrooms from 102 to 126 (an additional 24 children). The fire clearance was granted on 08/15/2025. LPA measured Playgrounds #1, #2 and Preschool Classrooms #1,2,3,13,16,17 to ensure spacing availability does not fall below the total capacity of 126 children. Playgrounds measurements: Playground #1: 6327 sq/ft with a maximum capacity of 84 children. Playground #2: 7624 sq/ft with a maximum capacity of 101 children. Both playgrounds contain a climbing structure and slides which is properly anchored. There is adequate cushioning in fall zones of climbers provided by outdoor cushioning material. LPA observed the playground to have adequate shading. page 1 of 2 Classrooms measured: Room 1: 683 sq/ft which 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Restroom located inside the classroom with 2 toilets with 2 sinks. Room 2: 683 sq/ft which 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Restroom located inside the classroom with 2 toilets with 2 sinks. Room 3: 689 sq/ft which 19 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Restroom located inside the classroom with 2 toilets with 2 sinks. Room 13: 1030 sq/ft which 29 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Children uses hallway restrooms located outside the classroom. Girls restroom contains 4 toilets and 2 sinks. Boys restroom contains 2 toilets, 1 urinal and 2 sinks. Room 16: 797 sq/ft which 22 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Children uses restrooms located outside the classroom. Boys restroom contains 4 urinals, 1 toilet and 2 sinks. Girls restroom contains 2 toilets and 2 sinks. Room 17: 748 sq/ft which 21 children are able to utilize the classroom at one time. Restrooms located inside the classroom with 2 toilets with 2 sinks.
