Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted a case management visit to the facility to follow up on deficiency cited on 8/29/25 for not testing water fountains in children's playground. LPA met with Facility Representative Alicia Rodriguez who allowed entry into the facility. There were 19 napping children and 4 staff supervising. During this inspection LPA inspected the water fountains that have not been tested for lead. LPA observed that 2 water fountains located in one of children's play yards. LPA observed that the faucets have been covered with plastic material until they are tested. LPA observed that the facility provides filtered drinking water from a water delivery service. LPA obtained document that confirms water lead testing scheduled for 10/26/25. Request approved to extend the plan or correction date to 11/14/25 to allow testing and lead results to be obtained. No deficiencies observed or cited during this inspection. Exit interview was conducted with Teacher Alicia Rodriguez. Notice of Site Visit was provided and needs to be posted for 10 Days.
