On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Staicy Perry conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) visit to verify the correction of previously cited Type A deficiency issued under title 22 regulations. Deficiencies issued during an inspection conducted on August 1, 2025, (one) Type A deficiency cited under Section 101200 (a) Inspection Authority. Census was taken and LPA Perry observed 25 children in care. During the inspection LPA Perry did obtain a declaration from Director Pam Ramussen, stating that she understands Inspection Authority regulation per Title 22. A Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared was provided to the facility. Per regulations, the letter must be kept on file for three years and made accessible to the public upon request. An exit interview was conducted with Pam Ramussen. Appeal rights were provided. LIC 9213 \342\200\223 Notice of Site Visit was issued and is required to be posted for 30 days. Type A cited deficiency has been corrected. No citations issued today; Facility is in compliance.
