What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to follow up with an incident that was reported to the department. LPA met with Facility Representative Claudia Casillas who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. On 11/17/2025, it was reported to the department that Parents of child # 1 shared that child #1 disclosed that they were inappropriately touched on 11/14/2025 by child # 2 during outdoor play. The incident was reported to the Department within the 24-hour period. During today\342\200\231s inspection staff interviews and interview with child # 2 were conducted. Per staff interviews they did not take the children outside on 11/14/2025 due to rainy weather. Staff # 1 disclosed that neither child # 1 and child # 2 disclosed any information regarding the incident happening. LPA interviewed child # 2 and no disclosures were made. LPA Lopez was unable to interview child # 1 as they were not present. LPA will return on a different day to interview child # 1 and gather additional information At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
