At 1:35 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Roxana Lopez and Jessica Hopkins- Hernandez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to insure that the 2 Type A's deficiencies cited on 2/22/2024 and 2 Type A's deficiencies cited on 2/29/2024 have been cleared. Deficiencies cited on 2/29/2024 were repeated violations from 2/22/2024. LPA\342\200\231s met with Elodia Barnhart, Director who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. The following was observed: - Both preschool classrooms were observed to be in ratio - All children present were observed to be directly supervised - The signed LIC 9224 Acknowledgment Form were observed for all children enrolled At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. LPA\342\200\231s advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA\342\200\231s cleared deficiencies on this date and issued POC clearance letter during the visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative, Elodia Barnhart.
