Facility-requested visit·July 28, 2025

On 07/28/2025 at 1:30 pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Crystal Green and Joanna Solorio- Campus conducted Case Management- Licensee Initiated Inspection, for a capacity decrease. This facility is currently licensed as a preschool program with a capacity of 97 children from ages 2 to 5 years old in classrooms 101, 102, 103, Room 1 and Room 2, Tiny Twos, and the Allen Hall (Science Lab). Upon arrival, LPAs met with Licensee Representative, Lucero San Lucas. The Licensee, Church of Our Saviour is requesting to remove (3) licensed classrooms from their existing licensed areas, which will be Classrooms 101, 103, and Allen Hall decreasing their preschool capacity to serve (62) children from ages 2 to 5 in classrooms 102, Room 1, Room 2, and Tiny Twos. The licensee is decreasing their capacity to share the premises with Saint Marks School Altadena (198021759) due to their request for an Emergency Relocation. A tour of the facility was provided. There were no children present since school is currently on summer break. All indoor and outdoor activity space for children were inspected. The remaining indoor space for the (4) classrooms measured to be 3,001.30 square footage, which can accommodate the capacity of 62 children. The outdoor space measured 11,571.42 square footage, which can accommodate their requested capacity. No corrections are needed at this time; an updated license will be sent to the facility reflecting the new total capacity of 62 children upon final review. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Representative, Lucero San Lucas.
