What the inspector wrote

A deficiency is being issued on the following page LIC9099D. All deficiencies need to be cleared to protect that health and safety of children in care. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted, report and appeal rights was reviewed with Director Kristy Knight.
