What Happened
Lead testing case management follow-up found three water sources with lead exceedance (8.2+ ppb): children's sinks in classrooms 101 and 102, and food prep sink in staff office. Fixtures were replaced and retested on 10/07/22. Citation cleared during visit.

Lead test results showed that three water sources had an action level exceedance. LPA observed all three outlets had been repaced.This is a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
