Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced case management inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with Director Wendy Veas. The purpose of the inspection conducted on this date was to obtain additional information regarding an incident that occurred at the facility. On 04/22/2025, the facility submitted an incident report to the regional child care office. The incident occurred at 04/22/2025. During the inspection conducted, LPA Lee conducted interviews, made observations, and reviewed documents in regards to the incident that occurred on 04/22/2025. Based on the information from the incident report and the inspection conducted on this date, LPA Lee did not observe any deficiencies at this time. The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain posting requirements will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars.
