What the inspector wrote

On 02/03/2026, at 12:50pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to ensure that the one (1) Type B deficiencies cited on 01/21/26 has been cleared. LPA met with Director, Nancy Lira, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Census was taken and LPA observed 12 children present at the time of inspection. LPA did not observe any medication at the time of visit. Facility provided documentation stating that the child is not required to take medication and will not have medication kept in the facility. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiencies on this date- LPA issued POC clearance letters during the visit. During this inspection, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Nancy Lira. Page 1 of 1
