Correction check·February 6, 2025

On 02/06/2025 , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit to the facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with Lillian Aguilar, Director and explained the purpose of the visit. There are 7 children and 2 staff present during today's visit. The purpose of today's visit is to clear the POC for a citation issued on 01/16/25 pertaining to lead exceedance for Drinking Fountains J, K, and L. LPA observed drinking fountain J, K and L have been removed and cap and is not in use. LPA also cleared the POC for citation issued on 03/01/24 regarding required Mandated Reporter training for all staff. LPA was provided a copy of the Mandated Reporter training for all staff. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided to Staff Gricelda Flores. A Notice of Site Visit was also provided and must be posted for 30 days.
