What Happened
The home generally operated safely and within ratio, but infant sleep supervision and child file completeness were problems. The inspector also confirmed the home had proper fire safety equipment and documented CPR/first aid training.
Observations
- Four children's records were missing required documentation.
- The licensee had not been documenting the 15-minute sleep checks for children under 24 months.
