What the inspector wrote

On November 18, 2024, an unannounced Case Management - Plan of Corrections (POC) inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Staicy Perry and Joanne Solorio Campos to ensure Type B deficiency issued on 06/23/2023 was cleared. LPA Perry and Campos met with Director Marcia. Census was taken and LPA\342\200\231s observed 72 children in care with 16 staff. Today, LPA\342\200\231s observed and obtained documents of Lead testing results collected on 07/18/2023 on faucet B(kitchen) indicating a result of ND which means No Lead Detected. LPA\342\200\231s advised Director per results, faucet B can be used moving forward. LPA\342\200\231s provided the facility with a "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared." Letter must be filed in facility for three years and upon request made accessible to the public for review. Per Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 Regulations no deficiencies are observed today. LIC9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. The facility is currently in compliance of Title 22 regulations and no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
