What the inspector wrote

At 12:50PM. The Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran, conduct an unannounced site visit at Tracy Infant Center to follow up on a Case Management Incident occurred on 4/30/2025. Monterey Park Southwest Regional Office received the written report on 5/1/2025. Upon arrival, LPA met with Supervisor Child Development and Special Program, Dr. Rebecca Lynch. Today's census, there are 7 toddlers with 3 staff. LPA observed proper care and supervision. During today's visit, LPA completed children's files review and obtained child's and other document. Accordance to record revealed, on the day of the incident, there were 8 children with 3 teachers on the playground. Based on the available information that were gathered through interviews with staff, child, and other. When the incident occurred, staff followed proper protocols in providing appropriate care for the child. Parent was contacted in a timely manner. Therefore, this incident was not the result of a Title 22 violation for lack of care and supervision. No further investigation is required for the incident reported. No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Dr. Rebecca Lynch.
