LIcensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nolan Tcheng conducted an unannounced Plan Of Correction inspection, for the purpose of reviewing corrections developed on 09/08/2025. Upon arrival at 8:35am, LPA met with Director Adela Munoz, to whom the purpose of the inspection was explained. A tour of the facility was provided to obtained census. There were 50 children with 5 staff members. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed: Mandated Reporter Child Care Provider (AB1207) training date for eight staff files that were reviewed during the inspection on 09/08/2025 LPA observed that all staff had current Mandated Reporter Child Care Provider (AB1207) training completed by the correction date of 09/26/2025. Letter of Deficiencies Citation cleared was printed and provided to the Director during inspection. No deficiencies are being cited in accordance with Title 22 regulations, during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Adela Munoz, at 9:30am. Copy of Report provided. END OF REPORT
