What the inspector wrote

At about 9:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran conducted an announced case management visit for the purpose of inspecting the alterations to the existing indoor plants. Upon arrival, LPA met with Site Supervisor, Rocio Hernandez and toured the facility. LPA did not observe any children present. This is a Head Start program with Infants license (198400640) on the premises. On 08/15/25, MPSW Childcare Licensing Department received the unusual incident report stating the facility will be closed for construction and renovation of the indoor plants. The facility consists of (2) preschool rooms and (1) toddler room. During today's visit, LPA observed the indoor plant alteration in the Preschool and Toddler\342\200\231s classes including enhancement of the placement along with the installation of new window, fresh interior paint, and ceiling refurbishment. There were no changes to the floor plan of the room. The classrooms are set up with age appropriately learning materials. The alteration met the department reporting requirement regulations. There are no hazards concerning children's health and safety. The facility is ready to resume classes on 10/16/25. No deficiency was found during today\342\200\231s visit. The copy of this report was provided to the facility representative, Rocio Hernandez.
