Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nolan Tcheng conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for the purpose of delivering an amended report. Upon arrival at 2pm, LPA met with Substitute Teacher Henry Tello, to whom the purpose was explained. Education Supervisor Tina Jaspe arrived soon after at 2:10pm. A tour of the facility was conducted and census was taken. There were 3 children with 1 staff member during the time of the tour. The purpose of today's inspection is to obtain facility representative's signature on an amended report. The Amended report is an LIC809D page that was created on 10/29/2025. LPA explained the reason for today's inspection and explained what was being amended on the LIC809D page. Education Supervisor Tina Jaspe signed the amended report that was generated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Education Supervisor Tina Jaspe, at 3pm. Copy of Report provided.
