LPA Lopez conducted visits on 11/03/2023, 11/29/2023 and 1/11/2024 and observed the facility to be in ratio throughout the day as well as all children supervised at all times during the visits. Additionally LPA reviewed time cards for the time period of 11/1/2023 - 11/30/2023 and 1/1/2024-1/11/2024. After the review it appears the facility had adequate staffing available to be in ratio during those times. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging facility was out of ratio and children are left unattended. Based upon the evidence as presented above, the allegation has been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is unsubstantiated.
